The Global Women’s Empowerment Network (GWEN) is participating in Digital Hollywood October 15-18 in Marina Del Rey at the Ritz Carlton. The theme for this year’s annual fall conference is “Professionals at the Cutting Edge of Change,” making it an ideal venue to promote GWEN. The nonprofit organization is using technology, multimedia programming and product lines to help women live beyond abuse and raise awareness and funds to support related programs. It will be the first time many in the entertainment and technology sectors will get to see the organization’s first product – a branded phone app called GWEN Alert that debuted at the California Women’s Conference late September. GWEN co-founder at COO Tess Cacciatore will be at the show – please make a point of stopping by the GWEN booth if you’re attending the show.
